Who's behind this

Bustillos Builds co is a personal coaching business owned and operated by Isaac Bustillos, ISSA-certified personal trainer, based in Palestine, Texas.

The website

This website exists to introduce you to the work, share long-form writing, and offer free tools (like the nutrition calculator). You're free to read, share, and use everything on it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this website — including the blog, the nutrition calculator, and any advice in the FAQs — is medical advice or a substitute for a relationship with your physician. If you have a condition, injury, or medication that affects how your body responds to exercise or nutrition, consult your doctor before starting any program.

Coaching agreements

Coaching is sold under a separate written agreement between you and Isaac Bustillos. That agreement governs scheduling, billing, cancellations, refunds, scope of services, and any other commercial terms. Nothing on this public-facing website constitutes an offer or contract for coaching.

Assumption of risk

Exercise carries inherent risk. By participating in coaching, you accept responsibility for following form cues, communicating injury or discomfort promptly, and never exceeding what feels safe to your body. We will always coach to the standard of care — but the body in the room is yours.

Nutrition calculator disclaimer

The calculator uses standard Mifflin-St Jeor equations with reasonable adjustments. It is a starting point. Individual response varies. Do not use it as a substitute for a coach, a registered dietitian, or a medical professional. Adjust based on real-world data and how your body feels.

Intellectual property

All writing, design, branded service names (including "Detox Fraction" and "Youthfit"), and original photography on this site are © Bustillos Builds co. Quote freely with attribution and a link back.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
