You're as young
as you feel.
I'm Isaac. I coach functional longevity in Palestine, Texas — for every body between sixteen and eighty who needs change. The goal isn't a magazine cover. It's knowledge of your own body that you keep for the rest of your life.

The Mirror Problem
"I need to gain body form."
That's the sentence I hear most. Said in a hundred different ways. I want my shape back. I want to feel strong. I want my bench to mean something. I want to bend down and pick up my kid without making a noise. Body form is code for: I want to recognize myself again.
Most people stall here for years. They circle pricing pages, watch the gurus, try a six-week shred, lose interest, blame themselves. The problem was never the effort. The problem was never having a plan that fit the actual body in the mirror.
The objections I hear weekly
- "No money."
- "No time."
- "I'm too old."
- "I tried before."
Every one of those is solvable. Most are solved in the first phone call.
The Build
Knowledge of your own body is the workout that never wears out.
Most coaches sell you a program. I'm selling you a relationship with your own body. You'll leave knowing how to load, how to recover, how to read fatigue, when to push, when to pull back, and which herbs to lean on when life gets noisy.
It's the hot take I keep losing friends over: nutritional herbs are the most neglected tool in fitness. Reishi, ashwagandha, astragalus, ginger. We don't push pills. We push plants and patience.
See how I work →Three Things You'll Leave With
We don't measure transformations in pounds. We measure them in moments.
Bench Increase
Pressing more than last quarter, last year, last decade. Heavy weight moved with sound mechanics, not ego.
Agility Increase
Joints that bend the way they were designed to. Stairs without thought. Floor-to-feet without a hand on the wall.
Confidence Gained
The mirror argument quiets down. Pictures stop being a problem. You start scheduling the doctor's visit, not avoiding it.
Field Reports
From people who said yes.
Bench up 80 lbs in 14 weeks. I feel twenty years younger than I did at the start.
Mobility I didn't have at thirty, I now have at sixty-two. Stairs stopped being a project.
He fixed my back without ever touching it. Just smarter training and the herbs he recommended.
The Onboarding
How a build actually starts.
We talk
Not a sales call. A real 20-minute conversation about what's actually going on with your body, your time, and your goals.
We screen
Five-gate mobility screen, sleep audit, three written questions about what 'better' looks like in your own words. No InBody guilt-trips.
We build
Custom programming you can actually do. Includes mobility, training, recovery layers, and an herb protocol if relevant to you.
We adjust
Weekly check-ins. The plan bends to your week, not the other way around. This is the part most coaches skip — and the part that matters.
About
Coach who's been in the gym since the day he decided fitness belonged to everyone.
At nineteen I decided fitness should be part of every person's life. Eight years later I'm still saying the same thing — louder, with seven years of in-the-trenches gym work behind it and an ISSA cert in my pocket.
I train sixteen-year-olds and eighty-year-olds. Empty nesters, recently divorced, single parents, single people, married, no kids, kids, the whole spectrum. The common thread is decision. You bring that. I bring the build.

Objection Handling
The three things you're going to say.
I don't have the money.
Coaching is an investment, but the first conversation costs nothing. Most people are wasting more on supplements they don't need. We'll talk through what's realistic before any commitment.
I don't have the time.
If you can give me twelve focused minutes a day, I can change your body inside three months. The plan fits your life — not the reverse. This is the whole point of one-on-one.
I'm too old / too out of shape.
I have clients in their seventies setting personal bests they couldn't hit at forty. The body responds to the right inputs at any age. Sixteen to eighty — that's the door.
One call. No pressure.
